How to download: clicking the "Download latest allocation & holdings" link opens Vanguard's holdings page. On that page open the Holdings tab, look for a "Download" or "Export" button near the table (choose the XLSX option where available), save the file to your computer, then upload it using the Upload .xlsx / .csv button above.
